Blackcurrant and Blueberry Burst Smoothies

(serves 2)

250grams fresh blackcurrants
125grams blueberries
15ml crème de cassis
6 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.
