60ml melon liqueur
30ml vodka
30ml lime juice
dash egg white
dash sugar syrup
melon balls
Method for sugar syrup:
- 1 cup of white crystal sugar with 1 cup water in a small pan. Bring to boil. Simmer, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Store sugar syrup in a bottle in the refrigerator.
Method for melon sour:
Place ice, melon liqueur, vodka, lime juice, egg whit and sugar syrup in shaker, shake well to mix. Strain into serving glass and garnish with melon balls.
