Banana Soy Smoothies

1 Serving

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup orange juice

Method:

  1. Peel the banana, break it into pieces and put it in the blender with the soy milk and orange juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and serve. If you like, add a couple of ice cubes.
