Ice Lemon Tea


2 teabags of ordinary black tea

1 litre cold water

1 lemon, sliced

1/2 cup castor sugar

Mint leaves

sugar syrup

Method:

  1. Make a large cup of strong tea with the 2 teabags,. Leaves it to infuse for 10 mins.
  2. Combine tea with Castor sugar and stir until sugar dissolved.
  3. Add lemon slices and crush it a little using a spoon to release some of the juice.
  4. Add mint leaves and ice.
  5. To serve, offer some sugar syrup on the side for those who like their tea sweeter.

I'm a bit allergic to ceratin types of alcohol, but this one I can definitely handle lol..........
