1/4 ground cardamom
3 c. mango nectar (two 11.5- to 12.5-oz. cans), chilled
2 (8-oz.) cartons plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. ground pistachio nuts & fresh mango & melon pieces to put on top
Blend until smooth.
