Ingredients
2 bananas, quartered
250g/9oz/2 cups strawberries
30ml/2 tbsp oatmeal
500g/11/4lb/ 2 and a half cups natural live yogurt
preparing tip
Prepare fruit drinks just before serving to gain maximum benefit from the nutrients.
Method
Place the bananas, strawberries, oatmeal and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process for a few minutes until combined and creamy. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
