Ingredients:
45ml tequila
30ml lemon juice
15ml Cointrequ
dash beateb
egg white
lemon peel
Method:
Place ice, tequila, lemon juice, Cointreau and egg white in shaker, shake well to mix.
Strain into salt-frosted serving glass and garnish with lemon peel.
How to frost a serving glass:
Hold your glass upside down and rub the rim of the glass with a wedge of lime or lemon.
Dip the glass in coarse salt, turing the glass to allow the salt to adhere.
