Pineapple Sherry Punch

Ingredients:

375ml dry sherry (omit if a non-alcoho punch is preferred)
1 ripe pineapple
300ml orange juice
300ml apple juice
1 cup cold black tea
500ml dry ginger ale
2 passion fruit
lemon slices
cucumber slices


Method:

Peel pineapple, remove core,cut into small pieces and place in serving bowl. Pour over sherry, cover and stand for 30 minutes.Add orange juice, apple juice and tea, stir to mix.To serve, pour over dry ginger ale, add passionfruit plup and lemon and cucumber slices.
