Pineberry Smoothie

Serve 2




Ingredients:


1 medium, ripe Banana, quartered

1 cup Pineapple Juice

1/2 cup vanilla or plain nonfat yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries




Method:



Combine Banana, juice, yogurt and strawberries in blender or food processor container. Blend until thick and smooth.Serve immediately.
