Aberdeen Angus

Ingredients:

2oz Scotch whisky
1 oz Drambuie
1 tbsp honey,
2 tbsp lime juice


Method:

  1. Stir Scotch, honey and lime juice in a mug till blended.
  2. Warm the Drambuie in a ladle over a low flame. Ignite it and pour the burning liqueur into the mug.
  3. Stir vigorously and serve.
