Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients:

1 tsp butter
1 tsp brown sugar
rum essence
cinnamon
45ml dark rum
boiling water

Method:

Mix softened butter with brown sugar, essence and cinnamon till well combined. Place butter in the serving galss and add rum. Pour in boiling water, stir well to combine and serve immediately.
