Ingredients:
1½ oz golden rum
1 tbsp Jamaica rum
1 tbsp light rum
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp papaya or passion fruit juice
1½ tsp sugar syrup
Method;
Shake, or mix in a blender, with a scoop of ice shavings. Serve over more ice in a tall glass. Float one teaspoons of 75% rum on top, and sprinkle with sugar, decorate elaborated garnishes.
