Big Apple

1 eating apple
3 oz apple brandy
2 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice



Method:

Cut a hole in the top of an apple and scoop out the core and enough of the pulp to make plenty of room for the drink. Place apple shell in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix the rest of the ingredients with the apple pulp in a blender. Strain into the apple shell and serve with straw.
