Ingredients:
Crushed ice
1 ½ oz gin
½ oz Cherry Heering
1 tsp kirschwasser
2 tsp lime juice
1½ tsp sugar syrup
Method:
Shake vigorously for a few minutes with crushed ice and strain into a chilled highball glass. Top with plenty of soda and serve immediately before it stops fizzing.
