Ingredients:
1 pint brandy
1 pint Jamaica rum
1 quart bourbon
18 eggs
1 quarts double cream
1 lb sugar
Cloves
Nutmeg
Method:
Stir liquors with egg yolks. Mix cream and sugar and blend into liquor mixture. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold in gently. Garnish with cloves and nutmeg and serve in mugs.
