Ingredients:
2 nips of sambucca
1 nip of irish creme whisky eg. Baileys
Method;
Into a shot glass pour the sambucca and then the baileys. This is a layered drink so you need to be careful when pouring. Use a teaspoon and turn it face down over the sambucca and then gently pour the baileys over the back of the spoon.
