Tomato Smoothies

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 large ripe plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil, crumbled
1/4 tsp salt

In blender, whirl yogurt, tomatoes, basil, and salt until very smooth, 2 minutes. Serve over ice, if desired.
