Chablis Cup

Ingredients:

1 bottle Chablis
4 oz Grand Marnier
4 oz kirsch
2 peaches
1 orange
Cherries
3 tbsp powdered sugar
Mint sprigs



Method:

  1. Peel and cut the peaches, reserving the juice.
  2. Slice the orange and place with the cherries in a small punch bowl. Pour on the Chablis and add the sugar.
  3. Stir gently and refrigerate for about 30 mins.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
