Durango

Ingredients:

Ice cubes
Cracked ice
1½ oz tequila
1½ oz concentrated frozen grapefruit juice (undiluted)
1 tsp orgeat syrup (almond extract)
Spring water
Mint sprigs


Method:

Shake ingredients with cracked, strain over ice cubes into a Collins glass and top with spring water. Garnish with mint sprigs to serve.
