Raspmatazz

Serves 10


Ingredients:

150g frozen raspberries (don't defrost)
125ml freshly-squeezed orang juice
4 tbsp caster sugar
150ml campari
1 bottle cava (spanish sparkling wine)


Method:
  1. Combine respberries, orange juice and sugar in a food processor or blender and blend till smooth, slushy sorbert consistency, about a full  minutes.
  2. Scrape into a plastic container, cover and freeze for 15 mins.
  3. Spoon about 1 tbsp campari into each glass then top up with cave. Serve immediately.
