Watermelon Punch

Ingredients:


1 watermelon
1.5 litre ice cream soda , chilled

Method:

  1. Cut out  1/4 of  the watermelon, scrape out the flesh using a metal spoon. Chop watermelon flesh coasrsely. Keep chilled till ready to serve.
  2. Just before serving, fill watermelon with about half of the coasrsely chopped flesh. Add 1/2 cup crushed ice and chilled soda , about 1/3 bottle or more, to fill watermelon. Mix and serve.
