Cocoa

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
2 ounces semisweet chocolate ( in small chunks)
1 cinnamon stick
1 dash vanilla
1 pinch dried ancho
1 ounce brandy (optional)

Method:

1. Place milk, chocolate, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and heat, stirring frequently. Until chocolate is melted.
2. Remove cinnamon stick, whisk melted chocolate and milk together until thoroughly blended and foamy.

3. Gently whisk in vanilla, Chiles, and brandy. Serve in a warm mug.
