Mint tea caipiroska

Ingredients:


100ml vodka
2tsp Moroccan-style mint
green tea leaves
20 fresh mint leaves, stalks removed
2 tsp lemon juice
ice cubes

Method:

Combine vodka and mint green tea leaves in a small bottle and cover tightly. Let steep for 2 hours, then taste vodka, it should be fragrant and minty. If not flavourful enough, steep for another 30 mins to 1 hour.

Divide mint, sugar and lemon juice between two glass, lightly crust mint with sugar, using a spoon. Top with ice cubes, divide vodka between glasses and stir, serve immediately.
