Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

2 cups water
1 tbsp sugar
1 t bsp honey
1/2 tsp ancho Chile powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, honey, and red pepper.
2. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium and simmer 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat.
4. With wire whisk, stir cocoa and vanilla briskly until frothy. Strain into warm cups.
